I'm a certified professional coach (PCC) deeply committed to advancing the coaching industry. My training includes guidance from renowned positive psychologists like Jeffrey Auerbach, Barbara Fredrickson, and Robert Emmons. I've also delved into value-based CBT techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and compassion through Stanford University. Currently, I have around 600 hours of coaching experience assisting clients in various areas of their lives.

I have a diverse cultural background spanning across China, the US, Japan, Canada, and Denmark. My work experiences include venture capital, social AI startup, real estate, and building my own coaching company.

I coach all areas with specialty in neurodiversity coaching, particularly ASD and ADHD. I'm passionate about narrowing the misunderstanding gap between neurodiverse individuals and neurotypical population. My approach prioritizes meeting clients where they are and I'm very passionate about what I do.
