Do you advise clients on what they should do?

I am an expert in coaching, but my members are an expert in their own lives. Through a collaborative approach, we work together to facilitate their progress and achieve their desired outcomes.​

Can I extend the coaching sessions beyond 6 sessions?

Yes.​ The coach will send a new agreement for the extended coaching sessions.  
 
What is the coaching duration?

The client has 15 weeks to complete 6 coaching sessions.

I have a deep passion for lifelong learning and have actively pursued various programs such as CBT, relationship counseling, and motivational interviewing to enhance my coaching skills. As a coach, I am committed to continuously expanding my knowledge and professional development to better serve those I work with.

As a coach, I understand the importance of being a role model for my members and consistently practicing reflection. Each day, I actively engage in improving my introspective skills, recognizing that personal growth and self-awareness are essential elements of effective coaching.

What is the purpose of the coaching agreement?
​

Before commencing a coaching relationship, it is prudent to request members to sign a comprehensive coaching agreement that encompasses all the crucial details of the collaboration. This agreement serves as a formal document outlining the expectations, responsibilities, and rights of both parties involved. It typically includes key elements such as an introduction and purpose, the coach's responsibilities, the client's responsibilities, the coaching process, confidentiality and privacy measures, fees and payment terms, termination and cancellation policies, intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and the governing law and jurisdiction. By having members sign this agreement, it helps establish a clear understanding and agreement, fostering a professional and transparent coaching relationship.

​What is the process of working together?
​

The coaching process typically involves a 30-minute discovery call to assess compatibility, followed by a six-session package. During these sessions, the coach and client establish rapport, explore values and aspirations, and choose a specific topic to work on. Goal-setting, action planning, and regular coaching sessions help the client make progress towards their goals, with reflection, feedback, and evaluation guiding the process. The coaching relationship concludes with a formal closure, acknowledging achievements and providing future support if needed.

Why did you choose 6 sessions for your package?
​

A coaching relationship typically spans six sessions to allow for a comprehensive and effective developmental process. Six sessions provide a sufficient timeframe for building rapport, establishing trust, and gaining a deeper understanding of the client's values, aspirations, and goals. This duration enables the coach and client to explore various areas of growth, address challenges, and work towards sustainable change. It allows for the formulation of actionable plans, the implementation of strategies, and the evaluation of progress. Additionally, six sessions provide ample opportunity for reflection, feedback, and adjustment, ensuring a well-rounded coaching experience that facilitates meaningful transformation and long-lasting results.

How do you see the context of culture and how it plays a role in coaching?

Having had the experience of living in 10 different cities across 4 continents, I have gained a firsthand understanding of the significant impact culture and background can have on individuals' thoughts and behaviors. This has shaped my belief in the importance of truly understanding my members and their unique perspectives, allowing me to meet them where they are in their journey.

What is your coaching style?
​

As an intuitive coach, I embrace the power of intuition as a valuable tool in my coaching practice. During coaching sessions, I cultivate a heightened sense of awareness, allowing me to tap into my intuition and gather insights beyond what is explicitly communicated. This intuitive approach enables me to perceive underlying emotions, unspoken thoughts, and potential avenues for exploration.

What else should I know? â€‹

Before each coaching session, I recognize the importance of creating an optimal state of mind and body for both myself and my members. To achieve this, I engage in relaxation exercises as part of my preparation process. I also make it a priority to engage in regular self-reflection regarding any emotional triggers that arise during my coaching sessions. By doing so, I create an opportunity for personal growth and development. This introspective practice allows me to gain a deeper understanding of myself, identify any areas for improvement, and enhance my effectiveness as a coach.
